The annual recall cycle checklist for screening centers
Everything a scheduler has to do to turn a twelve month due list into kept screening appointments, in the order it actually happens.
Free resources
Free working tools for the people who keep a screening center full: the recall arithmetic, the capacity numbers and the monthly cycle itself.
Everything on this page is usable whether or not you ever buy MammoLoop. The calculators answer the two questions that decide a screening center's year, the checklist gives you the monthly recall cycle in order, and the comparisons say plainly which kind of center each product on the market suits, including the ones that are not us.
These pages come out of the same work as Recall Room, our notes for schedulers and practice managers. If you want the reasoning behind any of it, the articles cover the RIS export, the MQSA notification clock, the cost of text against letter against phone, and what a day at a busy front desk actually looks like.

About
Who writes Recall Room, why these notes come from scheduling desks in independent breast imaging centers rather than from a marketing team, and how to reach me with a question about your own recall list.
None of this asks anything of you. The recall cycle checklist runs on a spreadsheet and a phone, and plenty of independent centers work it that way for two or three cycles before they call anybody. When attempt tracking is what breaks first, and in a screening center it usually is, a demo will show you the same cycle with the outreach ladder and the reply inbox handled for you.
