Take the checklist, keep the calculators
None of this asks anything of you. The recall cycle checklist runs on a spreadsheet and a phone, and plenty of independent centers work it that way for two or three cycles before they call anybody. When attempt tracking is what breaks first, and in a screening center it usually is, a demo will show you the same cycle with the outreach ladder and the reply inbox handled for you.
